Welcome to LET HOME HOSPITALITY. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations and Payments

1.1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified at the time of booking. 1.2. Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. All payments must be made in the currency specified during the booking process.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time. 2.2. Late Cancellation: If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the check-in time, the guest will be charged for the first night of the stay. 2.3. No-Show Policy: If a guest does not arrive and does not cancel the reservation, the guest will be charged for the entire stay.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Full Refund: For cancellations made more than 48 hours before check-in, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. 3.2. Partial Refund: For cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, a refund will be issued minus the cost of the first night’s stay. 3.3. No Refund: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early check-outs.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

4.1. Check-In Time: Check-in is from 2 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request. 4.2. Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 12 PM. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges. 4.3. Check-In/Out Procedures: Guests are required to follow the check-in and check-out procedures provided upon booking confirmation.

5. House Rules

5.1. Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided. 5.2. Quiet Hours: Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. 5.3. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Guests must keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them. 5.4. Parties and Events: Parties and events are allowed with prior approval. Guests must inform us in advance to discuss details.

6. Liability and Damages

6.1. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately. 6.2. Liability: LET HOME HOSPITALITY is not liable for any loss or damage to guest belongings. Guests are advised to secure their personal items.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Data Collection: We collect personal data necessary for the booking process. This data is used solely for providing our services. 7.2. Data Protection: We implement appropriate security measures to protect guest information. We do not share guest data with third parties without consent.

8. Modifications to Terms

8.1. Changes: LET HOME HOSPITALITY reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes.
